Finished chapter 1, felt pretty good. I missed Vicky and Yuki relationships completly though it seems like, should I completely replay chapter 1 for a better ending (safe file for ch2) or I will have an opportunity to reconcile with them (and have lewds) in chapter 2?

I think thats necessary to get back on their path, or you could install URM on Ch2 and just turn those paths on. In fact you might just be able to do that in an option off the Ch2 main menu? I know I missed getting on Yuki's path because to do so you have to give a ridiculous answer during her quiz. ;)

Wait wait, there's no harem tag on this game. I am about to do a new playthrough because I own it on Steam now. I went back and read some pages of this thread during the aftermath of the "open relationship" release/reveal. Then some more recent ones. It seems the cuckqueen path for Nicole got cancelled, brought back, then cancelled again because people didn't like her. Okay, but did that totally take out harem endings? Is this secretly a monogamy game now where you break up with Nicole, fool around with whichever LIs you like, and then you get the ending with whoever ends up with the most points?

My previous playthrough was only partway through Ch2 I think. I liked Nicole in general but I did not like the relationship with the MC, and having none of the context of the feedback (or trolling) from the devs or the reactions here, I went by just the writing and decided that breaking up was the better option. To any sane human who has ever been in a relationship on the rocks, adding long distance and then suggesting an "open relationship" sounds like a death knell. It didn't sound like she was trying to save the relationship, it sounded like she wanted to look for something better while keeping the MC on reserve in case she didn't find anyone.
I felt shitty about breaking up with her but with how the relationship had been written I was more interested in surfing off into the sunset with Shortstack. I think I stopped playing shortly after she received the assignment to represent the enemies of the hotel because I feared that the NTR was gonna show up with her and any one of the scumbags on the other side. Seems like thats not the case and I'm relieved, but it is a pity that she was written in such a way that no one liked her.

Didn't read all that stuff, but no, it's not a harem game. There are a few endings with more than one girl, but nothing that involves a big enough group to be called a harem. I think there is a harem dream ending, but yeah, it's not real.
MC is too dumb to pull off a proper harem anyway. :devilish:

1) Mc + Sis + Shortcake + Ashley
But no MC + Childhood Friend + Shortcake only? :(

Edit: Man, going through the first chapter again, Nicole really wasn't written to be very likable. She's constantly critical and dismissive of the MC and his ideas. (And a weird juxtaposition in their lewd scene where she tells him he doesn't need a condom then berates him if he finishes inside. Make up your mind.) No wonder everyone wanted her gone, and I don't disagree. Its just a pity though, it didn't have to be that way.

Sis ="childhood friend."

No, they are two different versions of the story, don't inflict your kinks on others. The question was about the presence of Ashley or not.
There is an ending with only Sis (or childhood friend if you want) and Shortcake.

You can also check endings in the WT, just download pdf WT for chapter 3 (link in OP) and in the end there is a list of endings.

That's what I meant, and anyway the post above your question was only about ones with MC + 3 or more girls. All of them have single endings and there are a few with 2 - and the one you said is one.

They're really not though. Game first game out she was the sister. Later it was changed to childhood friend due to censorship with the patch. Her being the sister is the canon version and the way the story was originally written. That's the whole reason why Gerald suddenly decides to have Ashley live with him in the first place. He had a one night stand with her years earlier than just found out he had a daughter from it and wanted to try to make things right. Heck, it's literally impossible to get some of the endings without incest. It's not "two different versions" It's literally just outright censorship

They really are though. In my game, MC's Dad meets Ashley when she already has a 9? y.o. daughter. I didn't do anything special to make it this version. Don't care what it "originally was", this is what it is. The dev's own progress reports call her "childhood friend", do y'all correct those posts too?

Yes because of censorship. Literally like I just said the original version ofthe game always had her as the sister. Later the prologue was rewritten to try to get around the incest ban but the story was always written with her being the sister in mind. And the devs changlogs still calls her the sister,

"-Added dialogue to further explain why your Sis is angry with the MC about seeing other girls during the All Girls Bad Ending, even though she initially was okay with you being in a casual relationship with you."

"This update again has some focus on you helping your sis fix and replace things at the hotel to make sure it’s ready when it’s officially re-opened to the public."

"This final week of the story will be quite heartfelt, but if you did everything right during the last update, the hotel is now safe from being taken over by Anthony D’Amico, then there is also cause for celebration for you, your Sis and the hotel staff."

"You’ll have a night out for dinner and drinks with Sis and Vicky, see what Cousin is up to in reception, and receive a visit (or two) from the very MILFY Ashley."

Sorry if you dont like incest butincest is canon for thestory here. And it's literally just patreon censorship that the childhood friend thing exists at all. And only the patreon posts call her a childhood friend. Everything else, including the devs own website say she's the sister.

Technically its a workaround to avoid censorship and expand the fanbase. But its still official, so correcting any of us who use 'childhood friend' is being needlessly pedantic.
